How withdrawal xby from Cryptopia?
I have bought XBY on Cryptopia but my question is - do I need to send them to my xby-wallet in order to have them (referring to - that is there any event coming like snapshot, etc? so that if I do not have them in my wallet I might not have them after snapshot)
Why are the fees so expensive on Cryptopia ? Some currencies cost 0.10 and XBY 75
That reflects the current network fee rate of XBY. It will be lowered (significantly I hope ) later on.
But yeah, Cryptopia still pockets 25 XBY each transaction.
noticed this myself, seemed super high number of XBY. I get it. Relatively insignificant cost now but if value goes up, those XBY transactions are going to be worth serious $$$$
and hopefully will be reduced and quoted in %
big players may not be in favor of going in % as they might be thinking 50 is nothing for their holdings
I bought and withdrew from Cryptopia with no issues. You need to download the XBY wallet from the Xtrabytes website to get your XBY wallet address. Then you just navigate to withdraw on Cryptopia, select XBY and follow the steps. Worked for me.
Anyone experience with getting verified on Cryptopia? How long does it take in general?
I don't get verified as I didn't trade in or out of fiat
It didn't take too much for me, but yes, if you don't want to trade with fiat you don't need to verify your account.
You guys think Cryptopia is the best exchange to buy?
At the time being, yes. At least you can feel that their tech support is actually working hard to solve all the customers' issues. I had worse luck communicating to C-Cex and YoBit tech support - the latter made me waiting literally a month until my transaction was reversed. Not to mention how long it took for YoBit to upgrade their XBY wallet the last time.
Yobit is terrible.
I've liked Cryptopia. Their site is utterly useless on a mobile device. I have decided to leave XBY there to avoid the 75xby fee *shrug* Most of my xby is in my wallet though.
