Working with a guy in DC right now to help get BlockchainLibrary.org off the ground. He is having a difficult time raising funds. One idea I suggested is to create a blockchain for the site to store citation data & research data on blockchains (yeah a blockchain on blockchain research). Citation data is fairly important as it is used to perform patent analysis and patent prediction (although blockchain developers are less likely to patent than other industries). The only drawback I can see is the cost of Eth. 1 MB apparently of data would cost 5k. I did find a post explaining a way to get around this (by not actually accessing the blockchain). But even a 90% discount is going to make it $500 per MB. Ideas? https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/6rj8ks/current_storage_costs_and_limits/ Which begs the question- would such a project being an appropriate DApps on the Zoltchain?
